LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

This policy explains what Atlas Community ("Atlas", "we") collects when you visit this website, join our Discord or play on our CS:GO server, and how we use it.

What we collect

Game data: your Steam ID, Steam display name and avatar, IP address while connected, and in-game statistics such as kills, deaths, play time, speed and map records.
Store data: when you buy a membership, your Steam ID and the payment confirmation from PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details.
Discord data: your public Discord username and server membership, if you join our Discord.
Website data: basic technical information such as browser type, requested pages and approximate region, used to keep the site working.

How we use it

To run the server, show leaderboards and keep records.
To activate and manage VIP and MVP memberships on your Steam account.
To moderate the server and Discord, and to prevent cheating and abuse.
To fix problems and improve the site and server.

Public information

Your Steam name, avatar and game statistics appear on the public leaderboards. If you don't want to appear, contact us and we will remove you.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run Atlas (Steam, PayPal, Discord and our hosting providers) or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep game and store records for as long as they are needed to run the server and memberships. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing atlascsurf@gmail.com or messaging us on Discord.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie only when someone signs in:

atlas_session keeps you signed in for 30 days. It holds only your Steam ID and an expiry date, signed so it can't be changed. It is needed for sign-in to work, so it doesn't need your consent. Signing out deletes it.
atlas_admin is used only by Atlas staff signing in to the admin tools. It keeps them signed in for 12 hours and holds only their staff name and an expiry date.

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party services such as Steam, PayPal and Discord have their own policies.

Children

Steam requires players to be at least 13. Players under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission before buying a membership.

Contact

Email atlascsurf@gmail.com or message us on Discord.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.

Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

By using this website, our Discord or the Atlas CS:GO server, you agree to these terms.

Using the server

Play fair. Cheats, exploits, scripts that give an unfair advantage and ban evasion are not allowed.
Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech and threats are not allowed on the server or on Discord.
Staff may warn, mute, kick or ban players at their discretion to keep the community healthy.

Age

Steam's own minimum age of 13 applies to playing on Atlas.
If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy a membership.

Memberships

VIP (€3.75) and MVP (€7.49) are one-time purchases that last 3 months and are linked to your Steam account.
Memberships include the server commands listed on this site and do not renew automatically.
Memberships are digital, personal and can't be transferred or resold.
A membership can be removed without refund if the account is banned for breaking these terms.
All purchases are final. Refunds will not be accepted, including if you stop playing, change your mind or lose access after a ban.
If something goes wrong with a purchase, such as a membership not activating, email atlascsurf@gmail.com or contact us on Discord and we will fix it.

Availability

The server and website are provided as they are. We can't guarantee they will always be online, and features, maps and membership perks may change.

Liability

Atlas is a community project. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from using the website, server or Discord.

Affiliation

Atlas is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Counter-Strike and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and continuing to use Atlas means you accept the new version. Questions? Email atlascsurf@gmail.com or message us on Discord.
